Key skills: Sharp, Analytical, Logical, used to working with large amounts of Data, experience of working with Excel & Databases, perhaps some basic programming/scripting experience would be beneficial but not essential.
- Responsible for creating and optimising merchants data to produce High Quality data feeds to power multichannel online marketing activity:
- Shopping Comparison Sites i.e. Shopping.com, Shopzilla etc
- Affiliate Marketing
- Search Marketing i.e. Google
- Marketplaces i.e. Amazon/Ebay
- Dynamic display advertising
- Social Media
- Set up new merchants once they sign their contracts quickly and effectively.
- Constant optimisation of data to give our merchants the very best chance of success.
- Utilise multiple data sources to:
- Optimise existing merchant data using our in house proprietory software tools and reporting interfaces.
- Liaise with clients to get additional data to improve feed quality or stability.
- Liaise with the development team to extract data directly from client’s website.
- Monitor data match rates and analytics to identify high bounce rates or conversion issues, and then work with Account Management team to improve performance.
- Report to the Head of Merchant Integration
- Work closely with the account performance team
- Work to develop new partners and understand how we can provide high quality data to them that increases our merchant’s performance and makes the partner’s job easier.
- Support our Merchants Direct affiliates and marketing partners.
- Analyse client data and website for pitch process.
