- Data driven performance optimisation for multi-channel online client Campaigns.
- Use our proprietary software platform to manage the ongoing performance of our merchant’s campaigns across their chosen channels to their targets.
- Liaise with the clients on existing activity, promotional campaigns, advise on new partners or channels. Upselling our services are key in this role.
- Identify conversion bottlenecks on client activity using our reporting and analytics. Work with the Integration team to find solutions to improve client performance.
- Speak with incoming leads about our services and their requirements, complete proposals for their activity.
- Get involved in new business pitches for large clients.
- Liaise with partner site account managers about performance issues. Negotiate rates based on current performance or for trial activity.
- Manage AB testing to identify best routes to market.
- Act as an extension of our clients marketing team, continuously suggesting improvements and growing their revenues and activity.
